Guidelines for Sponsorship Requests
To ensure that we can effectively review and consider each request, we kindly ask that all sponsorship applications be submitted at least 30 days before the event date.
Due to the high volume of requests we receive, each application will be thoughtfully reviewed by the SmithBates ownership team. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to the opportunity to support your event.
