It is with great pleasure we announce Kendra Santiago has joined SmithBates Marcomm Solutions to lead our New In-house Marketing Agency. Under Kendra’s leadership we will expand our marketing services, including lead generation, social and digital advertising. Kendra joins the dedicated, long-time SmithBates Marcomm team, Mike Klein, JC Thompson and David Johnson. The talents of this team have supported hundreds of businesses in the Klamath community and beyond, and collectively have 90+ years of experience in the marketing and print industry.
Ann Cavanaugh, VP of SmithBates stated, “Many businesses find that they do not have the budget for an in-house marketing person, or perhaps need to expand their marketing capabilities while building capacity in their team for additional tasks. On the flip side, larger organizations have an internal team, but prefer to outsource some marketing communications work. Our in-house agency is poised to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients and help them focus their energy on taking care of their customers.”
About Kendra:
Many in the community already know Kendra from her work at KCEDA, Blue Zones Project and JELD-WEN, inc.

Kendra has a dual bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing from Oregon Tech. Kendra and her husband Rafael Santiago, have two young daughters, Isabella (4) and Catalina (6), who keep them very active.
